She is a mother and wife (spouse: Nissan Palacio) who helps to support her family’s goals by using her passion to train, develop and educate.
Khaidia has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration – Human Resource Management, and serves on the Process Improvement and train the trainer initiatives.
She is also a part of a church-led initiative to support Belizean Children’s education by way of Ebenezer Soup Kitchen’s Feeding Program.
Why did I decide to join this cause?
Supporting childhood education and feeding the hungry are initiatives that have been at the cornerstone of my upbringing; having been raised in a family of educators who are passionate about educating the ‘whole child’ which starts with ensuring that their basic needs are met first. My passion is to uplift as many lives and instill hope in our children in Belize, to hopefully deliver this generation from poverty and illiteracy.
